We love it when we get feedback from drivers that have bought the diaries about how it has helped to ease their daily lives. We particularly love this tip from Bob Hanson about how he gives his Professional Driver’s Diary the equivalent of a rugged smartphone case so we thought we would share it with you!
Here are Bob’s 9 easy steps: (click on each image for a larger version)
Tape the whole of the spine with gaffer tape.
Tape the overhang and gently push behind the spine with a flat implement ie a teaspoon.
Measure and cut the gaffer tape place the tape half way over the spine and smooth the other half on to the back cover.
Cut a small wedge out of the overhang to allow you to push the overhang behind the spine and the inside of the diary cover.
Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the diary.
Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the diary.
Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the diary.
Measure and cut the correct size of tape.
Place half on the inside cover. Repeat this at the rear of the diary.
Eh voila – the finished article!
